Seller Agreement
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This agreement is between you (the seller) and EasySoft IT Solutions, which runs VeyanoGH. It applies in addition to our Terms of Use. By applying to sell, you agree to it.
1. Becoming a seller
- You must confirm your phone number and give true details about yourself and your business, with a valid Ghana Card and, for registered businesses, your registration documents.
- We may approve or refuse an application, and may ask for more information at any time.
2. What you can sell
- Only genuine items you have the right to sell, described honestly, with photos of the actual item where possible, and prices in Ghana cedis.
- You must not sell anything illegal in Ghana, including weapons, illegal drugs, prescription-only medicines, counterfeit or stolen goods, or adult content. We may remove any listing.
3. Orders
- Accept or decline new orders promptly. Decline only for a real reason (for example, out of stock).
- Deliver within the time shown to the customer, or have the order ready for pickup.
- Ask for the customer's 4-digit order code when you hand over the order, and enter it in Seller Centre. Marking an order delivered without the code means the customer is told and can dispute it.
- Use the customer's details only to complete their order.
- All sales must be paid through VeyanoGH. Asking customers to pay you directly is not allowed and can lead to your shop being closed.
4. Fees
- VeyanoGH keeps a commission on each sale: 3% of the item price unless a different rate applies to your category or has been agreed with you (for example, the Founding Seller rate). Your current rate is shown in Seller Centre.
- Commission is not charged on delivery fees. Delivery fees you set are paid to you.
- No commission is charged on orders that are declined or cancelled. When a refund is given after a complaint, VeyanoGH also gives up its commission on the refunded part.
- We will give you notice before changing standard commission rates.
5. Getting paid
- Money from an order is held until it is delivered and a further 1 day have passed. It then becomes available in your wallet.
- If a customer reports a problem, the money for that order stays on hold until it is settled.
- You can withdraw available money (minimum GH₵ 50.00) to a Mobile Money or bank account in your name. Each withdrawal is confirmed with a code sent to your phone. For your protection, a newly added payout account can receive money after 48 hours.
6. Complaints and refunds
Reply to customer complaints in Seller Centre. VeyanoGH decides complaints fairly after hearing both sides. If a refund is given, your share of it is taken from your VeyanoGH wallet, from money held or already available.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes, licences and business registration.
8. Suspension and closing
We may hide listings or suspend your shop if you break this agreement, receive repeated valid complaints, or if we suspect fraud. Money owed to customers may be held until complaints are settled. You may close your shop at any time after your open orders are finished.
